We Do Not Give Full Refund For Returns Without Quality Problems. Such As "I Don't Like The Product" ,?Not As Imagining" Or Just "Not Satisfied". We Will Reduce The Shipping Fee and related cost From The Order Total Amount, Which Means A Partial Refund. If The Package Get Lost, We Can't Refund Your Money In That Case, Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable, except where items have been returned because they are faulty or do not otherwise conform to your order.
1.Quality Problems:
In 14 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and exchanged. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.

1. Although we provide 100% hassle free return policy, considering the time and money consuming, we surely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.
2. Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return address.
3. We will not be responsible for lose if returned package lost during shipment, you need original post office receipt held to demand compensation.
2.Delay-Shipment:
The return and refund are acceptable unconditionally if we confirmed that you did get a wrong item. Please send the photographs clearly showing the wrong item. Once it is confirmed, you can send the item back to us. And after we've confirmed the arrival of the package you returned, we' ll send the replacement or refund you the payment (only the payment for the item, the original shipping cost is excluded).
